Terms and Conditions

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the Philippines. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Definition

Perks - Any service or feature that is promised to you as listed from the official Discord server, in the official Donations channel, as written by NoThrottle (@nothrottle) himself.

Products - Any tangible or distinguishable but intangible, whether physical or digital, as defined by NoThrottle explicitly, 'item', 'object', or otherwise, 'thing'.

Agreements

• You agree that all donations you make are non-refundable. You will not make any attempt to get a refund, specially through means of harm, harassment, or assault.

• You agree that usage of donations will not be disclosed to you, other donators, or to the public. While we audit and keep records of purchases, these are for internal use only. You can only assume usage of donations when we release statements regarding progress in payments.

• You agree that the amount you donate won't always be what our system will record. Transaction fees and transfer fees from our end are likely to apply and will deduct on your recorded contribution.

• You agree that you have purchased or own a legitimate copy of Minecraft Java Edition.

• You agree that the perks, unless otherwise stated, are only given on a best-effort basis. In other words, it is possible that you will not receive the perks listed on the page. This is, however, unlikely unless in the case of technical, technological, or scheduling difficulties.

• You agree that the requirements for perks may change at anytime, including but not limited to:

  • Price requirement

  • Tier placement

  • Ephemerality or Longevity

  • Availability

• You agree that you will not disclose payment information for security reasons.

• You agree that for you to receive any of the donation perks, otherwise in a best-effort basis, you must agree to this Terms and Conditions.

• You agree that the Terms and Conditions may change anytime without notice and that you agree to all newer revisions of the Terms and Conditions regardless if you have read them or not.

Any attempt to donate, whether successful or not, will require the agreement of this Terms and Conditions.

Other

• Purchases through "The Shop" do NOT count towards your total donation.

Termination

• If in any case that we find you in violation of this Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to remove any perks or product you have gained. You are granted a single appeal within 24 hours of your violation before we terminate the perks and or products.

• We also reserve the right to terminate your membership, and prevent you from creating new accounts and memberships.
